SUBSTANCE: installation for adsorption drying of liquid mercaptans is proposed, which contains a system of adsorption devices containing zeolite. In the first unit with the adsorber-desorber function, the adsorption drying of liquid mercaptans is carried out, in the second unit with the adsorber-desorber function, the heating and the adsorbent regeneration by the hot stripping methane-containing gas flow is carried out; in the third unit with the adsorber-desorber function, the cooling of the regenerated adsorbent by a cold methane-containing gas flow is carried out. The heating of the regeneration gases is provided by the electric heater with an adjustable heat supply and a stripping methane-containing gas consumption and a recuperative heat exchanger.
EFFECT: reduction of the energy costs due to optimisation of the technological scheme.
