SUBSTANCE: device (1) for synchronously activating and locking the lift doors located in the direction of the passage, for example, a lift-car door and a landing door, comprises driven runners (4a, 4b) fixed to the first door, the distance of which relative to each other is variable in order to connect the first door with the second door and open both doors together and the device is connected to the linear drive moving the doors in the direction of opening or closing. The linear drive actuates at least one of the driven runners (4a) by means of a motion transducer. The motion transducer is configured in such a way that the mentioned driven runner (4a) (the so-called active driven runner) at least briefly presses the second door during its unlocking in the closing direction so that the latch retaining the second door is unloaded, although the linear drive is already moving in the opening direction.
EFFECT: increased reliability of locking the doors.
