FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electrocardiogram for temporary pacing contains a working sleeve, a ligature conductor, and a flexible multicore wire from an annealed vacuum-induction melting steel. The first end of the working sleeve in the form of a truncated cone is connected by a smaller base with a ligature conductor. The second cylindrical end of the sleeve is connected to a flexible stranded wire. The ligature conductor includes an atraumatic curved needle and a spiral locking site. The stranded wire is provided with a polyethylene electrical insulation coating and a plug in the form of a straight needle. The working sleeve has a polished surface and is connected to the polyethylene insulating coating flush. The plug is made in the form of a surgical needle with a circular groove for breaking, which is located at a distance of 21-24 mm from its end with a stranded wire.
EFFECT: reduction of traumatic temporary pacing and improving its efficiency by reducing education connective adhesions and exceptions to random noise when passing electrical signal path verification with reduced resistance.
