SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to isolate the left atrial appendage when surgically correcting atrial fibrillation in isolation or in combination with valvular pathology. A clip for left atrial appendage isolation contains a lock and working parts that are connected on one side by a curved bridge. The lock is made in the form of a lavsan thread in the cavities of working parts made of titanium tubes. The tubes are provided with a coating of elastic polymer having an outer diameter of 1.3-1.5 mm and wall thickness of 0.2-0.4 mm. The coating is made in the form of a polyester thread braided knitted tube with a diameter of 4.5-5.5 mm, wall thickness of 0.7-0.8 mm. The bridge is U-shaped. Straight sections of the bridge are located on the titanium tubes coating.

EFFECT: reliable atraumatic block of the communication between the left atrium and its appendage with an adjustable effort, to exclude thrombosis which occurs as a result of poor isolation of the left atrial appendage.
