FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: fresh bones of farm animals are ground to a jelly-like mass containing small bone grains, which is combined with flour and/or grits production waste, stirred, and sea salt is added to the resulting composition. The resulting mass is stirred for 20-30 minutes until obtaining a paste. The paste is then simultaneously sterilized by ultraviolet radiation, tedded and dried at the temperature of 40°C in a conveyor-dryer. The dried mixture is ground into a flour with a particle size of 30-50 mcm, which is either stored or processed further. The initial material is additionally sterilized by directional-focused bactericidal ultraviolet radiation prior to stirring, and the paste is exposed to the same radiation from above in the conveyor-dryer over its entire changing surface during the tedding and drying process, by at least two screws with resilient-elastic set teeth. Drying the paste is carried out by the "fluidized bed" method, continuously supplying heated air through the openings in the perforated bottom of the conveyor-dryer and heating the air under this bottom with an infrared heater from IRMR-250 lamps. The resulting flour is sterilized on the outlet by directional-focused radiation, which is created by rigidly fixing a bactericidal ultraviolet tubular lamp of the type DB-75-2 or equivalent in the focus and along a semicylindrical fixed reflector of polished aluminium alloy.
EFFECT: method implementation allows to increase the intensity of the bactericidal treatment of initial raw materials due to increasing the ultraviolet radiation density during the bactericidal treatment, allows to increase the drying intensity of the homogeneous mixture during tedding and sterilisation in the conveyor-dryer, to increase the stirring intensity of initial raw materials entering the stirring machine, increasing the temperature control accuracy in the process of drying the paste in a conveyor-dryer.
