SUBSTANCE: after professional hygienic cleaning of teeth, "RemarsGel" toothpaste in an amount of 1-2 ml is applied to all surfaces of teeth enamel with a circular brush and the mouth is rinsed. After that 1-1.5 ml of medicinal preparation containing human recombinant interferon-alpha-2 in concentration of 10000-36000 IU/g, is applied to the teeth paracervical area isolated from saliva. Then, 1-2 minutes later, "Gialudent gel" No. 0 in an amount of 1-1.5 ml is applied to the mucous membrane of gums by a disposable application syringe. After that, laser therapy is provided using a semiconductor laser dental therapeutic apparatus "Optodan" with a periodontal nozzle, in frequency regime II, by segments, 1-2 minutes per segment, not more than 12 minutes by 1 visit, the treatment course includes 6-10 days, daily.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the effectiveness of etiopathogenetic action, to reduce or prevent relapses of stomatitis, and also to shorten the period of enamel restoration.
