SUBSTANCE: way to neutralize the harmful effects of existing landfills is that they spread the landfill layers to temporarily agreed areas to reduce the rotting of organic substances under atmospheric exposure and heating by the sun. Resulting layer is evenly covered with construction debris.
EFFECT: technical result of proposed invention is higher ecological safety of municipal wastes recycling.
