FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a steam power plant (1), including a steam turbine (2), a steam pipe (5), hydraulically connected to the steam turbine (2, 2a, 2b) and designed for the steam passing, a valve (3, 4, 6, 7) fixed in the steam pipe (5) and designed to change volume flow of the steam in the steam pipe (5). In the operating mode, a spindle leak steam is formed in the valve (3, 4, 6, 7), hydraulically connected to a pipeline (11, 12, 13, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20) of the spindle leak steam, a collector (16) of the spindle leak steam, hydraulically connected to the pipeline (11, 12, 13, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20) of the spindle leak steam characterized in that in the pipeline (11, 12, 13, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20) of the spindle leak steam an armature is installed (14a, 14b). The collector of the spindle leak steam is made in the form of a condenser (8). Also, a method for operating the plant is also provided, characterized in that the armature (14a, 14b) is opened with the presence of the spindle leak steam in front of the armature (14a, 14b) and is again closed with the absence of release of the spindle leak steam from the valve (3, 4, 6, 7).
EFFECT: simplify the design and increase reliability in operation.
