FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: domestic fowl processing line has a conveyor belt and comprises of at least one carriage that is movable over said conveyor belt and by means of which a bird or parts of a bird can be suspended or supported. The carriage has wheels on its opposite sides. The wheels are mounted on an axis passing through the channel or opening of the carriage or structural part and are movable along the supports for the respective wheels on opposite sides of the conveyor belt so as to move the carriage along said conveyor belt. The channel or opening has a convex inner top surface and a convex inner bottom surface when viewed in the longitudinal direction of the channel or hole.
EFFECT: ideal horizontal position of the supports is ensured, the carriage itself is horizontal when moving along the supports of the conveyor belt.
