FIELD: electricity-producing industry.

SUBSTANCE: solar energy plant includes a frame of a predetermined area installed on the roof and wall surfaces of the building, a plurality of generators mounted on the said frame to capture solar radiation and convert it into electricity, and a hot water supply device built into the frame for heating and feeding of hot water due to absorbed solar radiation, while the hot water supply device includes a small capacity water tank installed on the roof of the building roof under the generator and intended for heated water collection, a water-heating pipe connected to the small-capacity tank located under the tape solar collector and covered with a heat absorbing film from the outside, and the generator includes a housing, a tape solar collector located inside the housing, the outer surface of which is covered with solar photocells, an actuator providing a pulling force for deployment or folding of the solar collector tape, a battery for accumulation of power generated by the solar cells, and the actuator control knob. The plant is installed on a single frame on the building roof or wall.

EFFECT: invention must provide hot water, heating and generation of a small amount of electricity in winter and electricity generation to cool the air in summer.
