FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: gearbox comprises a housing, inside which shafts with gears, bearings and friction clutches, fixed thereto, and a control organ are mounted. The drive is carried out by supplying a hydraulic flow in the channels inside the friction shafts (2, 3, 9, 10). The inertial brake of the gearbox is made by means of a brake drum calliper (17) located on the output side of the transmission shaft (8) of the gearbox. The hydraulic gearbox system comprises two bypass valves, a flow-break valve and a hydraulic distribution valve. General hydraulic pumps, steering pumps, and a transmission pump are located on the gearbox housing and are activated, when the engine is started. The transmission design provides eight clamping clutches, which allows to create a gear shift range equal to eight. The gearbox housing is made of two cast parts.
EFFECT: increased reliability and simplified design.
