FIELD: pharmacology.

SUBSTANCE: single-phase composition for control of temperature for skin cooling contains: a) 0.01 to 10 wt % by weight of a sensorineural agent; b) 0.01 to 30 wt % of a component that is a sweating agent; c) a polar carrier comprising water and a monohydric alcohol, with a ratio of the amount of water and the amount of monohydric alcohol of 0.0625:1 to 1.5:1; d) 0.01 to 5 wt % of anti-irritant component; e) 0.01 to 10 wt % of additional components selected from fragrances, herbal components, pH regulators, preservatives, colorants, structurants, compatible surfactants and cleaning components, the viscosity of the composition being less than 2500 cP at room temperature, and the composition does not contain a propellant gas. A non-aerosol composition to control the temperature for skin cooling, as well as a method for creation of a cooling effect of the skin of the upper body of a person are also disclosed.
