FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: combined, multi-layered building panel with improved acoustic characteristics comprises: the opposite upper and lower mats lying in the same plane, formed from non-woven, randomly aligned inorganic fibres. Said mats are made porous and are characterized by the presence of the internal and external surfaces; the upper and lower layers of the solidified suspension, covering the upper and the lower mats. Said upper and lower layers impregnate the upper and the lower mats, whereby the solidified suspension substantially completely covers the outer surface of each mat; the core layer of hardened gypsum, characterized by a thickness passing between the upper and the lower layers. Said core suspension layer is characterized by less density than the density of the upper and the lower suspension layers; a polymer sheet characterized by a certain thickness. Said polymer sheet is located inside the core suspension layer without impregnating with said layer; said sheet is moulded from melamine resin and includes a plurality of open cells throughout their thickness, sound absorbing characteristics are inherent to said polymer sheet; a group of through openings is made in said polymer sheet, allowing to bind the polymer sheet with the core layer, and the core layer thickness exceeds the thickness of the polymer sheet. Two other versions of the combined, multi-layered construction panel with improved acoustic characteristics are also described.
EFFECT: sound absorption increases without sacrificing any structural characteristics, improved acoustic performance, quick and low-cost manufacturing, continuous production method.
