SUBSTANCE: after the load stage switch is put into operation, the motor drive is activated by the parametrized control device in the first direction of rotation, so that the load stage switch begins to pass its stationary operating positions, i.e., various windings of the step transformer, in the direction of the first winding retraction, the achievement of the final position of the load stage switch is recognized by the control device. The motor drive is then reactivated in the second direction of rotation, so that the load stage switch then passes the control range in the opposite switching direction until the first stationary operating position is reached.
EFFECT: reaching a predefined operating position of the load stage switch.
