Lower end of the body is made in the form of a hemispherical surface surrounding the nozzle. Counterweight is put on the hemispherical surface. Counterweight has a lower cavity in the form of a truncated hemisphere and a deflector. Deflector is made in the form of a concave bowl facing the nozzle with an elevation in the center. Deflector has curved grooves on the working surface and is supported by two oppositely located legs. Legs are fixed to the annular plate. Inner edge of the plate is installed on the hemispherical surface of the body walls. It is possible to sprinkle water at different angles to the horizontal plane.
