SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agricultural machine building and can be used in sprinkling equipment to create on soil uniformly moistened soil under crops by controlling flow rate and direction of jet of each sprinkling device of sprinkling machine and implementation of precision irrigation. Method of controlling distribution of irrigation water during sprinkling with sprinkler with rotary deflector, at which performing swinging-rotary movement, resting on stop. Curvilinear concave surface of the deflector facing the outlet has alternating recesses and protrusions for more even distribution of water over the field surface. Sprinkler and water flow direction is changed due to change of nozzle position in outlet relative to fixed deflector or deflector position change relative to sprinkler stationary outlet. Proposed device comprises housing with outlet and connection thread, holder-bracket with deflector performing swinging-rotary or rotary motion resting on support. Curvilinear-concave surface of deflector facing outlet is provided with alternating recesses and ledges. Reversal of sprinkler jet and water flow rate is ensured by change of movable position of nozzle in outlet hole relative to fixed deflector or change of position of movable deflector relative to fixed exit hole of sprinkler.

EFFECT: technical result of group of inventions is increase in crop capacity due to control of direction and flow rate of each sprinkler for levelling soil moisture.
