FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to plant protection products and can be used in agriculture to control annual and perennial weeds in crops of cereals, in particular corn. Composition contains nicosulfuron (I), thifensulfuron-methyl (II) and an additional herbicide-florasulam (III) in an antidote effective amount. Weight ratios of the components 1:111:11 are in the range of (1÷25):1:(1÷10). Invention is also a method for controlling weeds in which the above-described composition is applied to weeds.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides long-term protection against the extended spectrum of annual and perennial dicot as well as gramineous weeds, does not have a phytotoxic effect on corn, and also increases productivity of corn by 17–90 %.
