FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method relates to the field of electrical engineering and electric power engineering and, in particular, can be used in the systems of centralized monitoring and monitoring of electric power systems, in reactive power compensation systems, in power active filters. Method for determining the instantaneous reactive power of a three-phase network involves the measurement of the instantaneous values of the currents of the three phases and the instantaneous values of the voltages between these phases, the mutual multiplication of these values, after which the summation of the received signals is carried out. As a result, a signal proportional to the instantaneous reactive power of the three-phase network is obtained.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the accuracy and speed of measuring the instantaneous reactive power of a three-phase network.
