SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the coffee machine (1) and system (100), containing the entry hole (2) for coffee beans (4) receipt, mill (6) for grinding the coffee beans, that were supplied to coffee machine (1) through the entry hole (2), containing the path (8) of ground coffee transportation to move the ground coffee from the mill (6) into the boiling device, the boiling device (40) for brewing the coffee based on the delivered ground coffee, and the ventilation system (10), connecting along the fluid medium with mill (6) to provide at least one air stream, containing the grinding coffee flavour, into the coffee machine (1) external environment (3) and preferably in the direction of the machine (1) user. The ventilation system (10) additionally contains at least one fan (12) and at least one air stream guide element (14), which at least partly provides the path for air stream passing from the mill (6) to the fan (12). The invention also relates to the beverage preparation method by the machine, as described above.
