SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for automating and optimizing payment for goods or services. In the method, using buyer’s personal device, data on the amount of the money amount corresponding to the payment of goods or services are entered, data is transmitted to a remote communication server, the identification of the buyer's personal data and verification of the balance of its means of payment are generated by means of a remote communication server, signal transmission to the acquirer's server for payment of goods or services, while with insufficient funds on the buyer's means of payment, using a remote communication server, deficient amount of money for making a payment is determined, request to the issuer of the buyer's means of payment for the provision of personal data of the buyer, credit history and history of payment transactions is sent and formed on the base of the information received from the issuer, buyer’s data for the possibility of automatically providing the specified buyer with the missing amount from external credit servers is processed, all possible options for automatic attraction of funds from external credit servers are sorted out, of which the minimum loan rate is chosen.
