FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for water treatment of circulating refrigeration systems for the technological, heat-energy, and heat-exchange equipment. Specifically, for operational cleaning and protection against scale-corrosion deposits (SCD) of various metallic heat-transfer surfaces of ferrous and non-ferrous metals used in the metallurgical industry for the technological, heat-power, and heat-exchange equipment. A means for chemical cleaning metal surfaces containing a complexon and a zinc complex is described, further comprising a dispersant, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, 1,2,3-benzotriazole, and an inhibitor, wherein the zinc complex contains zinc oxide, as a dispersant, it contains a copolymer acrylic acid/2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid, it contains the inhibitor "PuroTech 43" as an inhibitor, and demineralised water as water. The components are used in the following ratio (wt %): chelator 2.0-10.0, zinc oxide 0.5-1.0, acrylic acid/2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid copolymer 3.0- 10.0, potassium hydroxide 0.3-1.0, sodium hydroxide 0.1-1.0, 1,2,3-Benzotriazole 0.05-0.1, inhibitor "PuroTech 43" 25.0-40, 0, demineralized water is the rest.

EFFECT: improving the quality of the composition by improving its dissolving power and reducing the rate of corrosion.
