The components are used in the following ratio (wt %): chelator 2.0-10.0, zinc oxide 0.5-1.0, acrylic acid/2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid copolymer 3.0- 10.0, potassium hydroxide 0.3-1.0, sodium hydroxide 0.1-1.0, 1,2,3-Benzotriazole 0.05-0.1, inhibitor "PuroTech 43" 25.0-40, 0, demineralized water is the rest.
