SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composite system for the device of floors comprising a first and a second successively overlapped layers, wherein the composition of the first heat-insulating layer comprises, by weight: gypsum binding grade G-5BII, or G-6BII, or G-7BII-79, gypsum modifier MG-2 - 20, synthetic or protein foaming agent-1, water-hard ratio 0.5-0.6, and the composition of the second strengthening layer includes, mass%: gypsum binding grade G-5BII, or G-6BII, or G-7BII-50, gypsum modifier MG-2 - 10, sand fraction 0-0.8 mm- 40, water-solid ratio is 0.3-0.32. Invention also relates to a method of preparing a composite system for flooring, characterized in that, in the preparation of the first heat-insulating layer, its components are whipped in a mixer with water to a homogeneous mass, successively adding a foaming agent, and then the modifier of gypsum MG-2, and then the gypsum binder, and the ready solution is laid out on the floor, then a second strengthening layer is prepared by mixing its components with water to a homogeneous mass and unloading onto the first layer, leveling with a needle roller or squeegee.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of physico-mechanical properties and simplification of the technology of production of floors.
