Invention also relates to a method of preparing a composite system for flooring, characterized in that, in the preparation of the first heat-insulating layer, its components are whipped in a mixer with water to a homogeneous mass, successively adding a foaming agent, and then the modifier of gypsum MG-2, and then the gypsum binder, and the ready solution is laid out on the floor, then a second strengthening layer is prepared by mixing its components with water to a homogeneous mass and unloading onto the first layer, leveling with a needle roller or squeegee.
