FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microfiltration plants. Filtering module contains a packet of two separators. Spacer in bag comprises first and second outer plates and inner permeate channel disposed between the first and second outer plates, that the outer plates form two of the walls that define at least one internal channel for the permeate. Inner channel for permeate passes between two opposite sides other than first and second outer plates of separator. In addition, the first and second outer plates of the separator are porous or perforated, and the filtration membrane is connected to said first and second outer plates of at least one separator, that the liquid transferred through the membrane is subsequently transferred through the pores or perforations to the at least one internal channel for the permeate. Bag dividers are separated by separate oblong spacer elements that are attached to outer plates along edges to opposite sides, between which internal channel for permeate passes, thereby forming channels for the filtrate between adjacent spacers in the bag, and where the channels for the filtrate pass in a direction other than the direction of the permeate channels.
EFFECT: invention provides method of manufacturing a filtration module and a filtration device.
