SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing a liquid-permeable device is that it comprises first and second surfaces corresponding to each other. At least a portion of said surfaces form a hollow cavity. Through the zones of these first and second surfaces forming the cavity, through holes are provided. Method comprises the following stages: adding a tackifying agent to the suspension of the regenerated fibers, pouring the suspension of the regenerated fibers into the cavity, extruding, drying and smoothing the surface.

EFFECT: use of this invention provides a simplification of the liquid-permeable device manufacturing process.
