SUBSTANCE: refrigeration and freezing device is provided. Refrigerating and freezing device comprises: housing (20) of cabinet, first storage space (211) is formed inside housing (20) of cabinet, wherein inside first storage space (211) there is storage container, wherein inside the storage container there is a space with a controlled medium for maintaining freshness; membrane for oxygen enrichment in assembly (30), wherein membrane for enrichment with oxygen in assembly (30) has at least one oxygen enrichment membrane (31) and one chamber for collection of oxygen-enriched gas, wherein the space surrounding the oxygen enrichment membrane (30) is in communication with the controlled environment for maintaining freshness and is configured such that, compared to nitrogen in the air stream in the space surrounding the oxygen enrichment membrane (30), more oxygen in the air flow in the space surrounding the oxygen enrichment membrane (30) passes through the oxygen enrichment membrane (31) and enters the oxygen-enriched gas collection chamber; and air removal device (40), wherein air removal device (40) is in communication with chamber for collection of oxygen-enriched gas in order to release gas from the storage container, which has penetrated into chamber for collection of oxygen-enriched gas.

EFFECT: provided refrigeration and freezing device not only has good efficiency of maintaining freshness, but also has relatively low requirements for rigidity and strength with respect to storage containers, and so forth; present invention has low implementation requirements and low cost, low volume and low noise, and is especially suitable for home and individual use.
