SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine, food industry, namely to process for producing nanocapsules, wherein the nanocapsule shell is carrageenan, and core of nanocapsules is a mixture of vitamin A, vitamin E and vitamin K, characterized in that a mixture of these vitamins is added to a suspension of carrageenan in toluene in the presence of 0.01 g of E472c as a surfactant, followed by stirring at 1,300 rpm, after which 10 ml of chloroform are added, after which the resulting suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, the core/shell ratio being 1:1, or 1:3, or 3:1 or 1:5.

EFFECT: invention allows to simplify and accelerate the process of producing nanocapsules and increase the output by mass.
