SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining spirulina nanocapsules in kappa-carrageenan is characterized by the fact that kappa-carrageenan is used as a shell of nanocapsules, and spirulina is used as a core, while spirulina powder is slowly added to a suspension of kappa-carrageenan in isopropanol in the presence of 0.01 g E472 c as a surfactant, then stirred at 1,000 rpm, then diethyl ether is poured, after which the resulting suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, while the mass ratio core:shell is 1:1, or 1:3, or 1:2.

EFFECT: method for obtaining spirulina nanocapsules in kappa-carrageenan has been proposed.
