SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a device for massage of female and male genital organs, belongs to the field of medical technology and is intended for impulse-varied massage of erogenous zones of both male and female sexual organs by a stimulating element. Device for massage of female and male genital organs is made in the form of a set of replaceable elements, comprising an elastic filling chamber with a working medium having a neck with a projection, partially or completely perforated barrel, a porous nozzle head made in the form of a vulva or penis head, and an elastic stimulating element in the form of a condom. Barrel is connected movably on one side with the chamber neck, and on the other it is connected to the nozzle head. Condom is fixed by means of a bandage on the protrusions of the neck of the chamber or on the protrusions of the barrel or said replaceable nozzle head. Method of massage of female and male genital organs is characterized by varied effect that is exerted on the genital by means of a pulsation of the working medium in the stimulating element of the device.
