FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines (ICE) fuel injection systems. Proposed is engine, equipped with a accumulator battery fuel supply system, which includes a high-pressure fuel pump, high pressure hydraulic accumulator, hydraulically connected and electrically controlled injectors 5 located in the ICE cylinders 1, electronic control unit. In each engine cylinder there are at least two interchangeable fuel injectors equipped with sprayers of differing quantity, location and orientation of the spray holes. Presence of at least two electrically controlled injectors in each cylinder with the possibility to vary the fuel supply law allows to optimize the fuel spraying characteristics not only by the cycle time, but also in the volume of the cylinder due to the choice of the nozzles location for a specific design of the ICE, taking into account the peculiarities of the vortex formation in the cylinder.
EFFECT: this expands the possibilities for improving the ICE workflow.
