FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method and device allow controlling power output upper and lower limits in the function of time. Proposed method comprises forcing air in diesel cylinders, feeding fuel portions through jets with levels of orifices, realising thermodynamic cycle and controlling injection time during the latter by varying output level. Output level is varied depending upon the magnitude and sign of RPM increment derivative in time by control pulse duration in the jet solenoid valve winding. Proposed device comprises diesel with turbo compressor, hydraulic accumulator, set of electrically controlled jets with solenoid vales and two levels of jets connected to fuel feed system, jet and supercharging electronic control unit (JAECU), diesel shaft RPM setter and pickup, circuit to determine the sign of perturbation and differentiating devices for the latter. JAECU is electrically connected with jet solenoid valve windings.
EFFECT: expanded range of output control in time.
