SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to oil well pumps used to lift highly viscosity oil to the surface. Pump comprises cylinder with its top part connected with oil-well tubing, plunger arranged in cylinder to make above-and under-plunger chamber and communicated with flow string provided with stem. Traveling valve flexible space out on the stem between tip and plunger made ring-type with diameter exceeding plunger diameter. Up end stop of traveling valve is made in the form of a chuck installed in the flow column, and also encloses a cylindrical shell with inlet valve at the bottom of it. Cylinder is provided with a bleed valve installed in its lower part in the region of the above-plunger chamber, and end-to-end channel is formed in the upper part of the cylinder in the region of the supra-plunger chamber.
