FIELD: oil recovery. SUBSTANCE: plant includes two pumps: upper main double-acting working pump with suction and delivery valves of above-plunger and under-plunger cavities and lower deep-well pump feeding oil from stratum inside bypass chamber. Used as bypass chamber is inner cavity of NKT. Innovation of invention consists in lower and upper positions of pumps whose plungers are interconnected by means of sucker rod string and cylinder are connected by means of bypass chamber. Cylinder of upper double-acting pump is connected with bypass chamber through adapter of this chamber (inner cavity of NKT) and suction valves of above-plunger and under-plunger cavities. Location of upper double-acting pump at the very top of well with faceplate of its head above ground surface with suction and delivery valves of above-plunger and under-plunger cavities and blind plunger and location of lower booster deep-well pump in the very bottom of well with area of upper blind plunger equal to half of upper blind plunger made it possible to use volume- compensation chamber located above faceplate of deep-well pump for operation of upper double-acting pump.
