FIELD: motors and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the control of the thrust vector of plasma engines. Device comprises two or four rectangular shaped magnetic coils mounted on the body of the plasma engine in the area behind the outlet channel cutoff, located by the open parts of the frames opposite each other. Coils are mounted symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of the motor, parallel to each other or at a slight angle to each other. Embodiment of the device provides for creating a substantially homogeneous transverse magnetic field behind the cut-off of the engine output channel, incl. – in two orthogonal directions.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the control efficiency of the thrust vector of the plasma engine.
