SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aeronautics equipment. Stratosphere contains a soft shell, partially filled with a lighter-than-air gas, and attached to the shell of nacelle by cables. On the bottom in the wall of the shell is made a hole with attached to its edge thermos with a refrigerant. From the bottom, the nacelle has a device for the simultaneous release of the cables holding it, and on the top a parachute attached to it with straps. Device for simultaneous release of the cables is made in the form of a spring clip / locking device of cone-shaped cable ends.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the rise height of the stratostat and increasing its safety.
