Airship contains a soft shell, the wall of which covers a cavity filled with lighter-than-air gas, a coating applied to the wall from its outer side that generates electrical energy, stabilizers attached to the wall with rudders of height and direction, propellers, engines, an uninhabited nacelle, elements of approach. In the wall-ceiling of the nacelle, holes for laying picking and returning gas pipes with stop valves are made. Pipes are connected to a nacelle plant for gas compression / liquefaction and storage. Nacelle has a vibration-damping floor.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at maintaining the integrity of the airship shell in the aeronautics mode above the lower boundary of the stratosphere.
