SUBSTANCE: invention relates to public services. Method consists in collecting and processing of waste products with obtaining useful components for further use. Toilet seats, similar in shape and size to the toilets are manufactured, hermetic toilet plastic bags, made with the possibility of tight closing and sealing after their filling are manufactured, toilet containers for used filled toilet plastic bags and toilet containers for used toilet paper are manufactured. Stationary toilet rooms in buildings and structures as well as portable toilets installed in places of temporary stay of citizens are equipped with toilet seats, sets of toilet plastic bags, toilet paper, toilet containers for used filled toilet plastic containers, toilet containers for used toilet paper. If it is necessary to relieve oneself, a person takes a toilet plastic bag, puts it into a toilet seat and covers it with the upper edge of the toilet seat. After collecting organic toilet waste in the toilet plastic bag, they remove it from the toilet seat and take it out of the toilet seat, close the toilet plastic bag tightly and seal it, then place it in a container for used filled toilet plastic bags. Toilet plastic bags are periodically delivered to the domestic organic compounds recycling facility, where they are mechanically opened in containers for fermenting organic substances and distilling organic substances into technical alcohol, which is added to gasoline to improve the region’s ecology. Released from domestic organic substances, fragments of toilet plastic bags are decontaminated by exposure to high temperatures and melted; exclusive elements for low-rise construction are melted out of them.
EFFECT: provides an increase in the economic efficiency and environmental friendliness of the utilization of organic domestic waste.
