FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to municipal engineering and economic activity of industrial enterprises, in particular to recycling of domestic and industrial wastes. Method of recycling consists in the fact that waste disposal vehicles are unloaded above receiving hoppers of concentration plants in terminates mines, wastes from receiving hoppers are sent to conveyor for opening of bags with wastes. Intense air flow is used to blow out light components from overall mass of wastes, the latter are separated into melted and non-melted materials, the latter are ground into strips in disintegrators, large-size elements of wastes are crushed. Components are extracted from fine fractions and crushed large-size elements of wastes. Fine fractions are sorted into melted and non-melted components and components of low heat conductive elements in washers and jiggers. Roll crushers are used to grind various solid objects down to size of crushed stone used in construction in concrete making. Melting mills are used to separate melted component into cream-like binder and crushed stone. Various pieces of melted plastic elements are melted in melting mills. Produced plastic mass is poured into moulds to make curb tiles. Melted glass mass is poured into moulds to produce tiles for finishing of external walls of buildings and structures. Low heat conductive elements are ground down to crumb condition at disintegrators. Specified crumb is mixed with quick-setting mass, the latter is pressed in moulds to produce tiles for finishing of inner walls and ceiling. Curbs are assembled from curb tiles. Curbs are filled with crushed stone. In process of cream-like binder substances transportation to construction sites they are continuously heated. Inner walls of curbs are impregnated. Time is given for hardening of binder. The next layer of curbs is arranged, above mentioned operations are repeated until construction of buildings and structures is complete, afterwards new buildings and structures are laid, since process of wastes supply to plant for their recycling is continuous.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of wastes recycling due to their conversion into valuable components and improved environmental condition.
