FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: pressure stabilising device in pressure oil line includes cylindrical horizontal and ascending sections of the pressure oil line with two oil discharge pipelines and gas discharge branch pipe, wherein the first oil-discharging pipeline along the flow direction is connected to the end of the horizontal section. The ascending section of the pressure pipeline is made in the form of a cylindrical vessel of 0.5 diameter and 12 m length, inclined to the horizontal section of the pressure oil line at 15°, six transverse diaphragms are rigidly fixed inside the vessel on the horizontal section side of the pressure oil line at a distance of 1 m from each other, transverse diaphragms are equipped with central slotted openings, and each subsequent slot opening of transverse diaphragm is displaced by 60°angle counter clockwise and made with reduction of throughput in liquid flow direction. The vessel inner surface on the horizontal section side of the pressure oil line opposite the transverse diaphragms is coated with a pulsation damper in the form of elastic shell made of expanded polyurethane foam, at that the second one in the flow direction of the oil-discharge pipeline is installed in the vessel after transverse diaphragms, in the upper part inside the vessel there is a drop catcher in the form of a packet of grids for gas separation. A gas shutoff device is mounted on the upper end of cylindrical vessel and made in the form of a tube with 0.3 m diameter and 1.5 m length, and communicating from the top to the gas-discharge branch pipe, at that a float connected to adjustable gate is installed in the gas-discharge branch pipe, above the float there are drop deflectors in the form of cones narrowing from bottom upwards, in the lower part of the pipe there is a drain for draining liquid, when the liquid enters the gas shutoff device the float is lifted up and the control valve closes the gas-discharge branch pipe.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency and reliability of operation, eliminate failure in pressure oil line operation and reduce pressure pulsation within the device.
