FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: tube-shaped hose made of fibrous material impregnated with settable binder and enclosed in flexible shell made of polymeric material is introduced inside the pipeline. For this purpose, the head end of the hose is fixed, and the hose is turned out and moved inside the pipeline by straightening and pressing to inner surface of pipeline due to water pressure on inner surface of everted hose. Before inverting the tail part of the hose, the tail end is ligated and the head end of the circulation hose is attached thereto. After the hose is expanded inside the pipeline, it is turned out and moved inside the weighed pipe up to the outlet of the ligated end of the hose therefrom. The end of the hose is released from the twist and fixed by bending on the pipe. The head end of the hose is connected to additional hot water source. The hose is cured by supplying hot water simultaneously from two sources through side holes in the hose.

EFFECT: uniform heating of the hose along the length of the pipeline provides improved quality of the coating.
