FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system relates to heat pump systems and installations and can be used for hot water supply and space heating. Automatic microclimate control system in premises for accommodation of animals, contained compressor, two storage tanks, condenser, evaporator, two circulating pumps, peak heater, earth pipe, air heat exchanger, an adaptive temperature selection unit, an evaporative condenser unit and two temperature sensor sensors, wherein the air heat exchanger and the earth pipeline through the adaptive temperature selection unit and the first circulation pump are connected by respective conduits to the evaporate-condenser unit, which through the pipelines of the first stage of the condenser and the second circulating pump are connected with the corresponding pipelines to the first storage tank, in the upper part of which there is a second battery tank, connected to the pipelines of cold water and hot water supply, in the middle of the first tank-battery there are two temperature sensors, the first of which is electrically connected to the compressor, and the second – with a peak heater, located in the lower part of the first battery tank, connected to the cold water pipelines and heating devices. Whereas, the adaptive temperature selection unit is made in the form of mechanically connected air heat exchanger pipelines and an earthen pipeline with an inlet pipeline of the evaporative condenser unit in the form of pivotally connected through the first ball switch of the outlet pipeline of the evaporative condenser unit with the inlet pipelines of the air heat exchanger and the earth pipeline, with temperature sensors located on the output pipelines of the air heat exchanger and the land line, electrically connected through the first comparison unit to the first execution unit, kinematically connected with the first ball switch, in the form of a mechanically connected output pipeline of the solar concentrator and a generalized pipeline of an air heat exchanger or an earthen pipeline with an inlet conduit of an evaporative condenser unit with the inlet conduits of the solar concentrator and the generalized pipeline of the air heat exchanger or earth pipeline, and on the output pipeline of the solar concentrator and the generalized pipeline there are temperature sensors, connected electrically through the second comparison unit to the second execution unit kinematically connected to the second ball switch.

EFFECT: technical result is to ensure efficient operation of the heat pump system for heating and hot water supply throughout the year by using low-grade heat sources of air or soil or a solar concentrator depending on the ambient temperature.
