FIELD: veterinary.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary and fodder production, in particular to the correction of the reproductive function of cows. Method consists in introducing a coniferous-energy additive in the amount of 50–200 ml into the diet of animals. Additive is introduced into the diet of the animals 1 month prior to the expected delivery and fed for 10 days after calving.
EFFECT: method provides elimination of endometritis and hypovarianism, reduces the manifestation of hidden inflammatory sites, accelerates fertilization, reduces the period between calvings, which provides an improvement in the overall reproductive function of cows.
