SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular to a method for feeding highly productive cows. Method consists in the introduction into the main ration of the animal coniferous energy supplement in the amount of 300 g per head for 15 days before calving and 30 after it.
EFFECT: use of the invention will increase the productivity of cows.
