SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire extinguishing means, in particular portable (backpack) fire extinguishing means. In a mobile fire extinguishing system, a two-phase atomizer is provided with a housing on which a vortex annular chamber with a liquid supply pipe is fixed on the cylindrical part. On edges of the annular chamber two rows of liquid supplying tangential channels are made. In each row there are at least three tangential channels connecting the annular chamber with a cylindrical cavity of the mixing chamber of the housing, to which a circular plate is coaxially attached, being located perpendicular to the axis of the vortex annular chamber and rigidly connected to the cylindrical cavity of the housing at its end section. Slit nozzle is attached perpendicular to the circular plate, which is configured to be combined and consists of two mutually perpendicular rectangular parallelepipeds with throttling through holes of rectangular cross section connected to the cavity of the housing and having different size slits. In the horizontal direction, the size of the slits is smaller than in the vertical one. Sprayer, which is in the form of a diffuser, is arranged coaxially with respect to the circular plate and is attached to its peripheral part. On the sprayer section a cylindrical shell is fixed.

EFFECT: increase the effectiveness of fire extinguishing due to the finely dispersed droplets in the flow and the range of the gas-droplet flow.
