FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Technical result is achieved by the fact that in method for producing hot-dip galvanized mill products for cold die forming, including steel smelting, plate slab casting, heating, hot rolling, water cooling, strip grinding, etching, cold rolling, recrystallization annealing application with zinc coating and dressing, smelting steel, containing weight %: carbon – 0.002–0.006, silicon – not more than 0.04, manganese – 0.20–0.75, phosphorus – not more than 0.015, sulfur – not more than 0.070, aluminium – 0.015–0.070, nitrogen – not more than 0.005, titanium – 0.010–0.030, niobium 0.010–0.030, iron and unavoidable impurities making the rest, while the content of free carbon in the solid solution is in the range of 0.0005 % ≤ Cef ≤ 0.0040 %, the heating of plate slabs is carried out at a temperature of 1200–1270 °C for 3.5–5.5 h, rolling the metal at a temperature of 1100–1150 °C lead for at least 50 seconds, stripping is carried out at a temperature of 580–760 °C. In addition, recrystallization annealing is carried out at a temperature of 790–850 °C, and the training of hot-dip galvanized steel is produced with cobbing of 0.8–1.8 %.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to obtain the steel strength characteristics, tendency to the VN effect in the absence of a yield pad.
