FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, namely, to compositions of sintered iron-based antifriction materials. It can be used to manufacture parts operating in bearing or guide assemblies. Sintered iron-based antifriction material contains, by weight: molybdenum disulphide 2.0–3.0; copper 2.0–2.5; nickel 5.0–7.0; cobalt 0.1–0.15; vanadium 0.2–0.25; aluminum 0.05–0.1; iron – the rest.
EFFECT: material has high strength.
