SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of energetics and can be used to transform the mechanical power of maneuver of water environment into electrical energy. Device for transforming the energy of maneuver of the water environment 1 into electrical energy contains a bearing 2, hermetically-sealed flexible strip panel 3, fixed in materials of strip panel 3 elements that transform mechanical effects on the strip panel 3 into electrical signals fixed in the material of strip panel 3, the elements that transform these electrical signals into a unipolar current electricity, which is supplied to consumer 4. Strip panel 3 is made with negative floatability and is attached to the float 5 connected to the bearing 2.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at the technological facilitation of hermetically-sealed flexible strip panel and widening the field of its use.
