SUBSTANCE: device for controlling the temperature of objects, in particular for drying coated vehicle bodies or body parts, comprising housing (18) and temperature controlling tunnel (20). Temperature controlling device (42) comprises fluid nozzles (46, 66), through each of which a jet of thermostated gaseous fluid can be dispensed onto objects (14). Using suction system (32), the tunnel atmosphere is suctioned via at least one suction opening (34a) due to which a base current is generated in the direction of the at least one suction opening (34a) in the temperature controlling tunnel (20). Convection device (68) is provided, by means of which a convection current can be generated in addition to the base current.
EFFECT: invention shall ensure more efficient drying.
