SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering. Segmental electrical generator wind wheel contains a hub, spokes, rim, blades with a device for fastening to the rim. Device for fastening blades to the rim is made in the form of a corner mounted outside the rim, box-shaped bracket with an end surface installed inside the rim, and tightening the corner and bracket of bolts, blade is made in the form of a hollow profile with longitudinal partitions, wherein a longitudinal bar is installed in the front part of the blade, a tightening strap is installed in the rear part of the profile, and bolts are installed between the longitudinal bar and the rear part of the profile.

EFFECT: invention provides increased stiffness of the blade structure and their fixing to the rim.
