FIELD: wind power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power, namely to windwheels with a horizontal axis of rotation, mainly designed to work with segment-type electric generators. The windwheel contains a hub, spokes, rim and corners, the inner sides of which are provided with mountings to the rim. The blades are made in the form of a first plate connected in parallel in series with the outer sides of the corners, and a second plate having an offset of its outer end along the circumference, and the plane of the blade is fixed between the plates.
EFFECT: ensuring manufacturability due to the simplicity of the design, the wide distribution of the components used, as well as the low weight of the sail cloth.
