FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: solar-wind power plant has a fixed platform on which a vertical rotary shaft is mounted in a bearing support, at which upper end an aerodynamic structure with aerodynamic blades is rigidly fixed; solar batteries with solar cells, which part is functionally connected by means of electric wires to electric generator rotor winding, units of voltage conversion and distribution of electric power to consumers. Aerodynamic structure is made in form of a cylindrical funnel horizontally arranged with its longitudinal axis and with an inlet and an outlet of air flow from wind and with possibility of feathering in horizontal plane, in the cavity of which there are rotary aerodynamic blades connected directly to the rotor of the electric generator and coaxially with the longitudinal axis of the funnel, and which is rigidly fixed by the lower generatrix line at the upper end of the rotating shaft by its center of gravity, and the solar cells are fixed directly on the upper and side outer surfaces of the funnel; the vertical rotating shaft is tubular in which the electric cables pass to the voltage conversion and distribution units to the consumers mounted on the fixed platform. The electric cables are supplied thereto by means of electric contacts movable in horizontal plane, the movable structure of the electric contacts is made integral with the tubular shaft on its end in the form of a flange, and the fixed structure of the electric contacts is made on the said fixed platform.

EFFECT: increased efficiency factor and reliability of device operation, increased design strength and increased service life of the device.
